Ramesh is a seasoned HR executive, based out of Bangalore, India. From 1996, I have worked leadership roles with leading companies like Infosys Technologies, CA India technologies and Sasken Communications. This has given me a ring-side view to the evolution and maturing of the different avtars of the Indian IT industry, from outsourcing to product development. At present, I am working on a business plan around using HR analytics proactively for strategic differentiation.
There are so many things worth analysing. Sports scores, strategies and results. Having spent 2 scores of years in that and a score in Human Resources, thought it time to share some of my insights and experiences. I will go business first so that I can publish some stuff, but will keep adding to the sports part sometime!

What does HR3by2 mean?
Good to know you had a laugh! I intended to write a post, that is not more than 3 screens long, twice a month. Hence the 3 by 2. Your observations are right. I need to research a bit on whether incentive systems really work or if they do, under what circumstances.
Excellent expression of our views Ramesh !!! Not only for the HR perspectives there is a great pool of knowledge amongst the the practioners who deal with the “HR” on hourly basis and face the employees to get the desired results. Am watching this space for a lot more thought provoking insights, problems and the various way outs !!
